It’s official. Nursebuddy has been rated the best carer app of its kind for homecare in the app stores!
Compared with similar home care apps, Nursebuddy has received the highest rating from its users, with an overall score of 4.6 out of 5. And why does this matter? Because this score comes from you of course, our care workers!
Over the last 2 years we’ve been working really hard to improve the user experience of our carer app. Our aim is to make life at work easier for care professionals. That starts with having an app that’s fast, intuitive and easy to use, so care workers have the information they need at their fingertips, whilst the admin side of care takes care of itself!
Some of the things we’ve worked on:

Listening to our users by actively collecting and acting on feedback to keep improving the app.

Enhanced security with biometric authentication for a faster, safer login experience.

Smoother performance with improved responsiveness, haptic feedback, and overall speed enhancements.

Supporting carer wellbeing by enabling managers to send positive feedback and eCards to recognise great work.

Encouraging reflection by allowing carers to share what made their day better or worse after a shift.
We also had a 4+ rating in our own mobile app survey, so another thing we did was to encourage more reviews in the app stores. So thank you to all our care workers who left us a rating! 🙏
