Relax like a Finn

Small print

This is a limited-time promotional offer valid for eligible new Nursebuddy customers in the UK and Ireland. The offer expires at 23:59 GMT on 31st December 2026.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • This offer is generally intended for care providers delivering at least 3,000+ care hours per month migrating from an existing care management or software system. Pen-and-paper systems and non-specialist tools are strictly excluded.

  • All migration projects, including software compatibility and company size suitability, are subject to technical evaluation and approved at Nursebuddy’s sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.

  • To qualify, approved prospects must sign an annual or multi-year Nursebuddy subscription agreement and complete their first payment on or before 31st December 2026. Any other types of contract are excluded.

Scope & Scheduling of Migration:

  • All bespoke migration services are subject to project capacity, technical review, and explicit approval from Nursebuddy management.

  • A preliminary Scope of Work (SOW) will be outlined during the sales process, and a final, fully defined SOW will be agreed upon during the onboarding kick-off. Nursebuddy is strictly obligated only to data migration tasks detailed in the final agreed SOW.

  • Signing by 31st December 2026 reserves the offer; data migration work may be scheduled to take place after this date based on agreed project timelines.

Relaxation Package Terms:

  • The Relaxation Package (up to a combined value of £500 including VAT per qualifying account) is awarded only upon formal project approval and contract execution.

  • The package consists of vouchers of up to £400 total value and 1 team hamper up to £100 total value.

  • Vouchers and hamper items are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or software credit. Nursebuddy reserves the right to substitute reward components with alternative items of equal or greater value subject to availability.

Third-Party Fulfillment & Disclaimers: All vouchers, hampers, and experience days are fulfilled directly by independent third-party vendors. Nursebuddy accepts no liability for the availability, quality, safety, delivery, dietary suitability, or fulfillment of any third-party products or services. Redemption is subject to the respective supplier's terms and conditions.
