Nursebuddy customers since they started out in 2022, it’s been a joy to watch Choice Independent Living grow and go from strength to strength. What are the biggest factors that have helped your business grow to be such a success?

“We cultivate a positive and inclusive workplace where carers feel valued, respected, and supported, boosting job satisfaction and reducing burnout, leading to higher retention.

“We have programmes to recognise and reward outstanding performance, boosting morale and motivation, and showing carers that their hard work is appreciated. We maintain regular and transparent communication with carers through meetings, feedback sessions, and suggestion boxes, building trust and engagement, and ensuring carers feel heard and involved.

“We offer wellness programmes and mental health support, including counselling and stress management resources, supporting carers' overall wellbeing, reducing stress, and improving job satisfaction.”
