Requirements and skills

Strong foundation in frontend engineering concepts (state management, testing, architecture, performance)

Strong frontend fundamentals; our stack includes React, Redux, Playwright, Storybook, and Figma.

Strong grasp of UI/UX principles

Experience with or willingness to lead UI testing

Curious and open to using AI tools to improve development workflows

A fast, accurate, forward-thinking engineer who values productivity and impact

Collaborative team player, with mentoring experience or potential
Nice to have:

SaaS or healthcare platform experience

Familiarity with design systems and accessibility best practices
What will you do in this role?
As our new Frontend Engineer (Mid/Senior), you’ll play a key role in advancing the Nursebuddy web and mobile applications. Your main objectives will be to modernize the frontend, deliver high-quality features with speed and precision, and ensure the product is scalable and intuitive.
In this role, you will:

Build performant, user-friendly interfaces.

Implement new features with speed and quality.

Lead frontend development and mentor other engineers.

Reduce tech debt and improve architecture.

Establish and maintain UI testing frameworks.

Explore and utilise AI tools to improve implementation, testing, and productivity.

Collaborate with product and design to create intuitive user experiences.

Contribute to architectural improvements and long-term technical strategy.

Salary: 4,500–6,500 € / month (depending on experience and skills)
About the process
Our goal is to find the right person, not just the fastest hire. So there will be a few stages which will include technical discussions and meeting your future workbuddies.
Phone call with Team Lead (30 mins) - informal chat about your background, current situation, and reasons for applying.
Interview with CTO (30-45mins) - discussion on engineering mindset, technical approach, and problem-solving.
Technical assignment - a practical task to showcase your skills.
Assignment review (1 hour) - an opportunity to see how you found the technical task.
Offer - if we both feel like this is a strong match, we’ll make you an offer.
