How has changing to Nursebuddy helped your home care business?

"We used CareBeans before Nursebuddy. Switching to Nursebuddy has made our processes and care better. The rota systems are better, the care plans are easier for the carers to read.

"The strong management team that we have and working as a team. It is important that this is fed down to the carers on the front line and working with them to make sure they are the best carers that they can be."

What strategies do you use to retain care workers?

"Manager support to the carers - it’s important for them to know and see that you are there to support them as and when needed."

What's one piece of advice you would give to someone starting a homecare business?

"You have to have drive and passion to start small and often hit failings. It’s about working to build and to strive for success, however small it is."
