Nursebuddy is the next generation home care SaaS to help care companies provide high-quality home care. Our technology presents a unique solution to support people in maintaining their independence and staying in their own home to receive care.
We’re a distributed team of 16 people based in Tampere, London and Dublin. Over the next 12 months, we’re looking to grow our customer base in our main markets (esp. the UK).
We’re now looking for a junior web developer to join our team. We have found a great recipe to onboard junior developers: you can start in tech support and day by day take more responsibility in software development. This role now opens because the previous person is moving to a full-time developer role.
As a tech support engineer you will be working closely with our international customer success management team helping our customers provide better home care with Nursebuddy. In addition to technical support, your role may include things from fixing software issues our customers meet, developing new features for our software, managing customer success management team tools, setting up integrations and building lightweight data analysis – depending on your preferences.
