Customer Support Specialist

Nursebuddy is the next generation home care SaaS to help care companies provide high quality care. Our technology presents a unique solution to support people maintaining their independence and staying in their own home to receive care.

As NurseBuddy continues to grow internationally we’re recruiting an extra pair of hands to keep our customers on track. Working primarily with SME businesses you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support every step of the way. As you grow in your role, you will also be handling onboarding and training tasks to help our customers make the best use of our software. This is a permanent position, starting preferably in September or in October the latest. Depending on your situation, you can work either half-time or full-time.

Requirements

  • We are looking for someone who has 1-3 years of experience in delivering great customer support in a digital environment.
  • With an ever-growing customer base all at different stages and capabilities it’s important to be flexible and empathetic to different customers’ needs. 
  • Excellent skills in English – both written and spoken – are a necessity. Being able to communicate in Finnish is a plus. 
  • We appreciate your understanding of the British culture and society.

 

In your day-to-day work, you would be: 

  • Troubleshooting issues with customers using a positive and friendly approach
  • Coordinating solutions and enhancement ideas with customers and our technical team 
  • Communicating with our customers using online chat, email and virtual meeting platforms (e.g. Intercom, Zoom, Google Meet) 
  • Creating and updating online instructions and videos to help our customers learn
