If you haven’t already, get active on social media. Using Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn you can create a direct voice to your existing customers and reach potential customers. You don’t need to use every channel, but the ones you do choose, pour your heart into them.

Make sure that your contact information is easy to spot, there’s nothing worse than having to scroll through a website and not be able to find someone to contact. If possible have a call to action such as “contact us” placed somewhere at the top of the website. If you have a physical office, make sure you put up the office hours.
4.MAKE YOUR WEBSITE RESPONSIVE
A large (and growing) proportion of online searches are coming from mobiles. Make sure that your site is adapted for mobile screens and ensure that your website also has easy & responsive navigation. Don’t forget to check your loading speed, we live in a world where information moves fast and if people don’t immediately find what their looking for, they will look somewhere else.
Make sure you have google analytics on your site, this way you can track customer journeys and understand what is working and what is not. Small changes can have a huge impact. It’s all psychology when we get down to the bones of it all!
